To keep our staff and community safe, continue business operations in service of our mission and do our part to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19, Child Care Services Association (CCSA) has closed to public walk-ins and face-to-face appointments as of Wednesday, March 18. Stay tuned for updates.
The health and well-being of our staff is of the utmost importance to us, particularly during the complex and evolving COVID-19 outbreak. As the situation continues to change, CCSA will continue to care for our people and serve our partners, particularly those who continue to be on the front lines of caring for children and families.
Staff will be able to assist you during CCSA’s regular business hours. Please review the specific department you are trying to reach here for the correct email and phone number to contact. Calls will go directly to voicemail and a service representative will reply as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work through this evolving public health emergency.
